If you are new to the sport you can choose a Class II adventure that will allow you and your date to mostly enjoy the scenery with a few small rapids mixed in. If you and your partner are both experienced rafters, you could opt for a Class IV or Class V adventure that will be a non-stop thrill ride. Although the actual rafting portion of the date does not allow for much time for conversation, you and your date can go out for a romantic dinner afterwards where you will have much to talk about after the adventure you just experienced.
